Including loaded baked potatoes and delicious sirloins. But, if you're looking for an unmatchable amount of well-cooked meat, we suggest you visit Rodizio Brazilian Grill for your Friday night. They offer over a dozen different cuts and types of protein for you to try when entering their restaurant.  Maybe you're wanting some classic pasta and pizza, so we suggest Vito's Pizza and Italian Bistro for your next dining experience. We'll be grabbing their garlic knots and seafood lasagne for our next date night and their menu also includes vegan and gluten-free options. If you're looking for more authentic Italian we recommend Alessia's Ristorante Italiano  for discovering tastes only Italy would have. Our top choice for this location includes their margarita flatbread and olive misto for an appetizer.  Has nothing caught your eye yet? Well, let us help you find some irresistible Asain cuisine. The first stop we would suggest for some authentic Chinese food is Mekong Palace . Our table will be full of BBQ pork and steamed chicken with incredible ginger sauce. Not quite what you want? Maybe you're in the mood for some spicy Thai food. We would point you in the direction of Nunthaporn's Thai Cuisine ! Their mushroom lover's dish and spicy curry puffs will make you come back for more! One last stop on this map would have to be Osaka Japanese Steakhouse.  Have you always wanted to watch a chef cook in front of you? Then we recommend grabbing a table here and ordering their teppan filet mignon, you can't tell us this doesn't sound like an incredible night out! Another scene we have in Mesa is our Mexican restaurants. Our top pick for a great taco is Joyride Taco House , for a hefty burrito visit Macayo's Mexican Food , and for sweet treats like fried ice cream order from Rosa's Mexican Grill .  We hope you'll find yourself settling into Mesa as well as your stomachs feeling content while calling us your home. Good luck on your food hunt, residents!

Virtual History Tour: A Guide to Mesa’s History-image

We know, it’s been a long year, and wanting to explore more of our area seems a bit hard at the moment. Between restrictions and working from home, our options have been limited on where to adventure and figuring out what’s open anymore.    But, during the heat of the pandemic companies and museums have made it possible to tour their exhibits and historical attractions online. Here is a list of our top 4 places you need to check out from the comfort of your own home while still being able to learn as much as you can about Mesa, AZ.    First up, we will be heading to the Arizona Museum of Natural History for a trip around the globe to see nature’s wildlife. They’re located only 24-minutes from our front door if you choose to go in person after experiencing the online version. With exhibits like prehistoric life to Arizona through the time room, you'll find something to check out. They also give guests a sensory guide to help everyone through the museum while not being face-to-face with someone.    If animals or wildlife don't speak to you, how about a virtual tour with the Musical Instrument Museum ? This music extravaganza comes complete with rooms of geographic instruments or a conservation lab if your heart leans more to the science aspect of melodies. Their virtual site has interviews for the whole family to watch plus activities and games to participate in!   Does the word car excite you? Then pop on over to Street Car Classics to see the best collectible cars Mesa has to offer. Their Facebook online tour will give you a feel for what our community finds appealing in the car world, and we are sure you’ll find out something new.    Our final recommendation has to go to the Arizona Commemorative Air Force Museum . Their unique tour will help you explore the WWII war crimes, artifacts, and memorabilia in order to piece together our history and what our military background is. You’ll also be able to see the Arizona desert behind the cockpit from the online visit, so why wouldn’t you explore this museum?   We hope this can lend you a helping hand when figuring out an activity to participate in while relaxing in the comfort of your home.
